Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, Buena Park, is one of the top family fun spots Southern California and for the first time in the company’s 34-year tradition of having a king as the sole ruler of the land. they’ve add a female character to the company’s newest show.
My family and I were invited to preview the show this month and I thought I would give you a quick review of the show.
Here is our review of Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, Buena Park.
Food: If you haven’t noticed yet, my family and it are huge foodies. So, for us the food part of the overall experience. I haven’t been to this show for about 15 years back when they served, two Cornish Hens, veggies and a small danish. Although the food was good the portions where small, I like how they have updated the menu and portions. The meal includes chicken quarter, potatoes, tomato soup and some amazing pound cake for dessert. Additionally, the four-course meal is fit for royalty (including vegetarian options), and the wide variety of libations and spirits, make for a festive evening of food and fun.
Thought’s on the Show: I bought, my husband Matt, our daughter Joy (age 5), JJ King my oldest son (20) and his girlfriend, our other son Houston had to stay home to study for exams. From epic battles of steel and swordplay to royal falconry and horsemanship, my family and I all felt as if we were at a royal banquet feasting with the King and Queen as there Knight fought for the queen’s honor. In all the show royal event offer memories to last for generations.
Tickets for the dinner and show start as low as $36.95, making it an attractive alternative for families looking for an evening of fun, or even groups of adults celebrating everything from birthdays to corporate events. (Click Here for more information)
