Springtime is my absolute favorite season for indulging in sweet, fruity treats—and at the very top of that list is classic Strawberry Shortcake. This Low-Calorie Strawberry Shortcake uses Yoplait Light Strawberry Yogurt as the base for the creamy filling and swaps out heavy whipped cream for a dreamy mix of Cool Whip and yogurt.
