I cannot believe all three of my kids are in school now. JJ’s going into College, Houston’s in his Senior year of high school, and we have decided to take a leap into homeschooling Joy for Pre-Kindergarten (TK). Needless to say, Matt and I expect to be busier than ever been before between sticking to the strict routine we have set up for Joy, being there for her older brothers and running our company. To get into our back to school routine and avoid the temptations of eating out, Matt and I decided to start doing a meal plan and taking turns making dinner. So, we’ve been searching for entrees, we can make in 30 minutes or less.

Foster Farms Sauté Ready – Freezer to table in under 30 minutes

We recently discovered Foster Farms Saute Ready pre-cut and marinated frozen chicken in my local supermarket. Matt and I quickly fell in love with using the four different seasoned varieties (Asian Style, Fajita, Garlic Herb and Lemon Pepper) to make some of our favorite recipes. Some day’s we things just get too hectic we pull a bag out of the freezer and combine it in a skillet with rice, veggies or pasta to make a fast, hearty and delicious dinner all in just ten minutes!
