After watching a Disney film, my family and I highly anticipate the release of new Disney Infinity toys to add to my collection based on that movie. Zootopia may not have as many lovable characters as Marvel or Star Wars. However, it has been a top five animated movie favorite for my household. If you’re looking for an affordable gift to give to your kids, the new Zootopia Disney Infinity set is fitting. I haven’t met an age group that doesn’t have a butt load of fun playing the game, and I’ve even sounded off my love for it in previous pieces. Now before I go further into detail, I must note that if your kids are new to Disney Infinity 3.0, buying a starter kit along with the new Zootopia pieces is crucial.
Let’s Get Into It!
Judy Hopps: If I were to compare her basic move set to anyone else in the Disney universe, Spot comes to mind immediately. While Judy’s kicks and dart gun made her fun too use, I felt like elements were missing that could have made her my absolute favorite to use. To add, Judy has some of the best voice acting out of the many figures I’ve used, such as reminding her foes that what she’s doing is an act of justice.
Nick Wilde: Out of the two brand new characters, Nick is my favorite. My family says Nick’s character reminds them of me in a sense, so this might be biased. Anywho, Nick has a ranged attack that allows him to throw giant elephant popsicles at his enemies, my excitement for this was a little excessive for my age, I will admit. Even better, Nick’s sly and nonchalant behavior is expressed through the way he strolls around in the game. And of course, the comments he makes as you use him.
The Appearance power discs: If you want to complete your Zootopia set, then having these as part of your collection is a must. One of the power discs equips Judy with her meter maid outfit, as seen in the flick, and the other grants Nick Wilde with his officer uniform. Out of the two, our family likes Nick’s outfit because seeing him in an officer uniform is appropriate. And it reminds us that we can become anything we want to be, as shown in the movie.
The Toy Box Power Discs: In case you’re wondering, all of the power discs we’re mentioning do come in a pack of four, so if you buy one you won’t be missing out on the rest! If you want to build your very own Zootopia, these pieces will certainly help. As you can see in the pictures ( ABOVE OR BELOW/ EDIT PLEASE ), the power discs add a Zootopia background/skyline and landscaping that is in the movie.
Easter is on the way you guys, and this Zootopia Disney Infinity 3.0 set is one of the best out at the moment. The characters are fun to use, and the power discs enhanced our experience.
