Do you have a family full of picky eaters? Then Stacked: “Food Well Built”, in Southern California is an excellent choice, offering something for everyone. I was invited to the chic, yet casual restaurant for a very special media event.
Stacked has an incredible ordering system that allows you to become a culinary architect by building your meal the exact way you want from dozens of fresh ingredients and flavorful house-made sauces. You can customize appetizers, burgers, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, mac ‘n’ cheese, shakes, and desserts.
The during the night of my visit I was able to try several of the items on their menu. I loved my concoctions so much; I came back a week later with my best friend.
Here are 10 must try menu items from Stacked.
1. Candied Bacon Appetizer – I am not a huge Bacon eater, but I almost ate my whole order of Candied Bacon. When you visit, I highly recommend you ordering 1 or 2 for your table.
2. Fraternity Punch – This drink was delicious, and you can barely taste the alcohol. But watch out this drink does pack a punch!
3. Prime Rib Sandwich – I customized my sandwich just the way I like it by adding avocado, caramelized onions and Stacked Sriracha Sauce on a Brioche Bun. However, I know you will like any sandwich at Stacked because they are made to order.
4. Kid Mac ‘N’ Cheese Meal – I love the healthy option they have for kids. The Mac ‘N’ Cheese Meal was appetizing, and it included French Friends and Baby Carrots.
5. Amazing Sundays – I felt like a kid as I stacked on several different items to build a super Ice cream Sunday. My topping included Snickerdoodle Cookie, Marshmallow and Strawberry Topping.

6. The Pulled Pork Sandwich with tender barbeque pulled pork on a Brioche bun with coleslaw and crispy onion strings.
7. The Hot Chick with blackened chicken breast, roasted red pepper aioli, red onions, fresh Roma tomatoes and Greenleaf lettuce on a whole-wheat bun.
8. The Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich starts with a tender charbroiled chicken breast STACKED with Pepper Jack cheese, roasted Poblano pepper, grilled tomato, avocado and black beans on a Brioche bun with roasted red pepper aioli.
9. The Chicken Cobb Sandwich with a grilled chicken breast topped with Greenleaf lettuce, Point Reyes Blue Cheese, bacon, avocado and tomato on a fresh Brioche bun with garlic aioli.
10. The Short Rib Sandwich braised short ribs with caramelized onion, Roma tomato, Greenleaf lettuce, onion strings and horseradish mayo on a rustic French roll.
