Do you wonder when is the best time to buy that item???..You see the sale you have the coupon but do you buy??…

 

As you start couponing we will want to keep a list of the items you buy and the price. Each time you see it lower make a note of it. As time goes by you will be able to pinpoint when the sale cycle will occur. Below is a list but keep in mind that there are still great deals to be had all the time.

January

National Oatmeal Month: Quaker

Diet Foods: Healthy Choice, South Beach, Lean Cuisine, Special K, Kashi, Smart Start, 100 Calorie Packs, Yogurt
