Having friends and family over for dinner or a party can sometimes get expensive. My Turkey Pinwheels recipe using Hidden Valley Ranch Avocado below can be served as an appetizer or sandwich. Turkey Pinwheels recipe using Hidden Valley Ranch Avocado:
Makes 8 per Tortilla
Ingredients:
- 1 Tomato
- Red Leaf Lettuces
- 1 Cup Chopped Olives
- 12 slices Black Pepper Turkey Breast
- 1 1/2 oz Philadephia Cream Cheese
- Guerrero Jumbo Tortilla
- 1 – 2 Tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Avocado
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes and olives into thin slice. Then remove the stem from the lettuce.
Step 2
Spread 1 1/2 oz of cream cheese over the tortilla making sure to leave about 1 inch out around the rim of the tortilla.
Step 3
Place the Black Pepper Turkey Breast evenly over the entire tortilla.
Step 4
Spread 1 – 2 Tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Avocado over the Black Pepper Turkey Breast.
Step 5 – 6
Build the Turkey Pinwheels Recipe by adding tomatoes, olives and lettuce.
Step 7
Gently fold one side inwards and roll the tortilla tightly.
Step 8
Cut roll into one-inch thick slices and reture to refrigerate for 15 minutes to chill.
Step 9
I love using Hidden Valley Ranch as a dip and on my salad. However, you can use any of their new flavors to create a fantasti meal!
