To kick off the holiday season and celebrate the upcoming theatrical release of Daddy’s Home 2. Matt, Joy and I attended a very special Daddy and Me holiday cookie decorating class lead by Sugar Craft L.A.

During the event, we were provided with five pre-made sugar cookies and sprinkles, icing and all the tools needed to create our beautiful edible masterpieces. Joy made an abstract Christmas tree, and Matt showed his artistic skill by creating a beautiful snowflake.
As, I watched Matt teach Joy how to make the perfect decorated cookie it reminded me of how important Christmas is for Matt. Sure he may not care about if we have the right colored bows on our tree. However, he has always given us the perfect Christmas by keeping to our family tradition of looking at Christmas lights.
One year, although he was tired from working three shifts that day. He drove us 2 hours to see Christmas lights. Another year, he took a part-time job, at toy store, to have money for gifts. Last year, he started a new tradition with Joy by making her printable Christmas Ornament.
Therefore, today’s smile is having a beautiful husband that works so hard to make us all happy. Thank you, L.A Mamacita for including us in such a beautiful event and remind us how important dads are to all of us.
Daddy’s Home 2 shows us that the holidays are just as important to dad’s. When Father and stepfather Dusty and Brad join forces to make Christmastime perfect for the children.
