When Joy was a baby, in order to get my work done, I would do my projects at night as she was sleeping and take naps with here in the day. Over time, I turned into a night owl. For a while my non traditional schedule worked well for us, until Joy started going to day care.
Since, Joy’s become an night owl as well, it’s been hard to adjust her sleeping schedule and bedtimes become a drawn out process. Recently, I was blessed to review The Kid’Sleep Moon. At first glace, I thought it was just a cute night light that would keep my daughter entertained. However, what I discovered was simple and fun tool that’s will help me get Joy back into a regular sleeping schedule.
Why I recommend The Kid’Sleep Moon:
- Multiple functionality: The Kid’Sleep Moon has 3 settings for nighttime, nap and weekend, 4 choices of alarm sounds (or the choice of no alarm), 4 levels of brightness to choose from and it run on batteries or a power cord.
- Easy to adapt too: The Kid’Sleep Moon helps kids stay in bed until it is time to get up. If the sleeping animal is lit, kids know to stay in bed. When the awake animal is illuminated, it is okay to get out of bed and start the day. Kids naturally relate to the sleeping or awake animal. Color recognition is not required.
- It’s soothing: The Kid’Sleep Moon helps children fall asleep with 4 different choices of lullabies.
- Helps kids learn time management: The Kid’Sleep Moon also offers the Smart Sunset “Go To Sleep” function and the Smart Moonset “Wake-Up Process”, which gives kids a 10 minute warning for sleep time and get up time! The Kid’Sleep Moon has a new menu for very easy setting!
