The Santa HQ presented by HGTV, is not just a typical photo with Old Saint Nick it’s an interactive experience that takes your child on a magical journey to the Santa Headquarters in the North Pole. Where they will enjoy an immersive and unforgettable visit with Santa Claus that includes a photo.
Disclosure: This story is sponsored by Santa HQ presented by HGTV; all thoughts are based on my personal experience.
I had the opportunity to take, my daughter, Joy to Santa HQ in Thousand Oaks California and She loved it so much. I plan on making this a new family tradition, and when Joy grows up and no longer wants to visit Santa, I will just take my future grandkids.
We first arrived they Joy’s name into a tablet ask her to step on the Naughty or Nice meter to see if she made it on the Nice list this year. Although she is a handful, I was just as happy as she was to see that she made it on Santa Nice list and was cleared to go into his workshop. (*Don’t worry your child name will always appear on the nice list.)
Next, she took an elfie, which is a selfie that turns into a elf that generated dancing-elf video featuring Joy as the star. I emailed the video to my self so I could share with my friends and family on social media.
Then using ELF-RAY Vision we explored the secret, inner-workings of Santa toy operation. Joy was able to Fly Santa’s sleigh in his control center, peek into the factory and check out his latest toy inventions. There is also a flat screen strategically placed where you can be learned the latest tips & tricks for the Holiday planning from popular HGTV personalities!
In the middle of the workshop, their was a cute photo opp of a winter wonderland backdrop and at the end, our visit Santa was waiting to hear what Joy wanted for Christmas, he took a picture with her and gave her an activity book.
Here are a few tips to be prepared for your visit.
1) Make reservations ahead of time so that you aren’t spending hours waiting in line. (Click here to reserve your spot )
2)Download Elf-Ray Vision on iTunes and Google Play so you don’t have to wait for Santa’s helpers to issue you a tablet.
