Ingredients:
Mini Biscuits
- 1 cup chopped La Morena Slice Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack
- 1 pack of 8 ready made biscuits dough of your choice
Mustard Dipping Sauce:
- 5 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 10 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Quick & Easy Directions:
Step 1 – Pre-heat over for 350 and chop 1 cup the La Morena Slice Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers.
Step 2 – Combine together 1 cup chopped La Morena Slice Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese, 1 cup grated Monterey Jack and 1 pack of 8 ready made biscuits dough of your choice by kneading into a ball.
Step 3 – Separate dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on a nonstick cookie sheet.
Step 4 – Bake for 12 -15 minutes. When done place mini biscuits on a cooling rack.
Step 5 – While your biscuits are cooling prepare dipping sauce by mixing together, 5 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard, 10 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, and 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar. Place in dipping bowl and server with my La Morena Jalapeno Peppers & Cheese Mini Biscuits.
