One of my favorite places to spend the day with my daughter Joy is Irvine Park Railroad. When we are there, she loves the ride the train, play games and explores what the park has to over. This month Irvine Park Railroad Park has invited us to their celebration event.
They would love for you to celebrate Irvine Park Railroad’s 21st anniversary on Saturday, February 25th and Sunday, February 26th. During the celebration, they are rolling back prices to their original 1996 prices… including $2.00 train rides! It’s their way of saying thank you to all of their loyal customers who have visited Irvine Park Railroad over the years.
$2.00 activities
The Anniversary Celebration will also feature other $2.00 activities including carnival games, a bounce house, panning for gold, face painting, and more. Face painting and panning for gold require two (2) tickets. There are $2 concessions, too, including hot dogs, sodas, ice creams, and popcorn. FREE giveaways include Irvine Park Railroad balloons (one per child).
Giveaways
From 11:00 am to 3:00 pm Irvine Park Railroad will be conducting raffles on both Saturday and Sunday every hour from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Winners will receive Irvine Park Railroad prizes ranging in value from $60.00 to $300.00. To add even more fun for visitors, a live band will play on both days from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The $2 tickets are valid during the Anniversary Celebration weekend only. Coupons, discounts and/or any other promotions are not valid on the anniversary celebration dates.
Irvine Park Railroad is open year round (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day). Our annual events include the Easter Eggstravaganza, Anniversary Celebration, Pumpkin Patch, Fourth Grade California History Education Program, and Christmas Train.
