Birchbox is a monthly subscription box for $10 a month that provides you with five sample size products customized for just for you. All you have to do is make an account and fill out a quiz so the Birchbox team can personalize your box. Allow me show you what I received in this months Birchbox.
The first, and largest products I received in my birchbox were a shampoo and conditioner from Love Beauty and Planet. This product is paraben- and silicone-free with a scent of coconut. Each full size bottle values at $9.
If you order your Birchbox early enough in the month, you have an option to choose from a selection of samples. I chose Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream. I used this product after my shower when my face begins to dry out, it instantly moisturized my skin without leaving it greasy. The full size of this product values between $30-50.
I was excited for the Peek Beauty Nom Nom Natural Plumping Balm, but was disappointed at it’s lack of plumping ability. I felt no tingling on my lips after putting it on and saw no difference on my lips. The balm did successfully moisturize my lips though. This is a tinted lip balm in the color Dragon, a nice, dark, sheer color and probably my favorite feature of this product. The full size of this product values at $22.
The most exciting and my favorite piece of Birchbox’s March box was the Smashbox Cosmetics Photo Finish Radiance Primer. I have been in dire need of a new primer and this product delivered. The primer covered my pores and gave my skin a nice glow. Smashbox makes a number of primers this one had a nude tint with a subtle sparkle in it to give your face that radiant look. The full size of this product values at $39.
