It’s summer and that means we will all be spending more time outdoors! We use our grill almost everyday for our meals during the warmer months of the year, and I now have a new easy to make & delicious BBQ Chicken Crunch Wrap that I created to share with you! The BBQ Chicken Crunch Wrap has 6 simple ingredients that you can find at any store.

One important factor in my BBQ Chicken Crunch Wrap is the KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce. I recommend KC Masterpiece because you want a thick and sweet sauce. If you use another Barbecue sauce you could end up having the sauce drip out of your wrap and all over your grill.

My BBQ Chicken Crunch Wrap has 6 simple ingredients:

KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce

Boneless Skinless Chicken Strips

Flour Tortillas

Crushed Barbecue Chips

Cheese (Sliced or shredded)

Lettuce

Directions:

   Step 1.

Marinate your chicken strips in KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce. I usually marinate my chicken in a ziploc back for at least 5 hours before cooking them.

Step 2.

Grill your chicken and while your chicken is on the grill set up your wraps. I layered my wraps cheese, chips, and then lettuce. You can add as much or little toppings as you would like. I used Lays Barbecue chips and if you would like more crunch to your wrap add a little more crushed chips to it.

Step 3.

Once your chicken is cooked place 2 strips in the middle of your wrap and drizzle KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce in your wrap.

Step 4.

Fold your BBQ Chicken Crunch Wrap into the shape of a burrito and place it on the grill for 2 minutes on each side. (You can grill each side based on preference just make sure it’s long enough to let the cheese melt). I also suggest spraying a little oil on your tortillas right before you grill it to help keep it from sticking to the grill.

Step 5.

Enjoy your BBQ Chicken Crunch Wrap! You can add to the wrap your own special touches just don’t forget the KC Masterpiece because that’s where all the flavor comes from!

This looks simple and delicious. As the Summer gets started I like to make things that are easy. I like that this is a different variation on a Summer favorite.
