This will differ from person to person, but you have to find your own rhythm. In order to do that though, you have to be willing to put the effort in your cooking skills.
Be Willing To Try New Flavors
Last but not least, how are you going to try new meals if you are not willing to try out new flavors? The simple answer is that you can’t, and that’s not going to work. We get that it can be hard trying new flavors for the first time, but you never know what you do and do not like until you have tried it. Trying out new combos is helpful if you’re looking to change things up, so just keep an open mind as much as you can and you might find some flavors you never thought you would like, become your new favorite.
At the end of the day, it’s going to be difficult to change your eating habits, but it might also be for the best.
