Growing up my mother and I had a wonderful relationship. We talked about how to wear my make-up to what type of famine products to use. We were so close I talked to her about my first kiss. When I was ready to become intimate with my long term boyfriend, at the time. She was there to talk me through the process and tell me the pro’s and con’s about the decision I was making. Although we did have our ups and downs, I was so very lucky to have her to turn too. However, unfortunately many of my friends did not have that same type of relationships with their parents.
