The Guys in Blue are continuing their Random Acts of Helpfulness for those who need it most this holiday season. During the months of November and December, the Helpful Guys in Blue are giving thousands of toys and non-perishable food items to local charities and food banks. Plus they’ll be pumping thousands of gallons of free gas for Honda drivers through Christmas Eve, and much, much more.
From December 15th through December 18th, the Guys in Blue are turning into helpful blue elves and bringing #HelpfulHoliday celebrations to adults, families, kids, teens, and elders in need, to help everyone celebrate special Happy Honda Days.
The Guys in Blue are hosting the following #HelpfulHoliday events:
- Tuesday, December 15th, The guys in blue will be building and gifting bikes to at-risk teens and kids of Seeds of Hope, an organization that provides resources to the working poor in the Inland Empire.
- Wednesday, December 16th, the Guys in Blue will start the day serving warm meals for breakfast and lunch, and provide much-needed essentials for people in need at the Pasadena Union Station Homeless Services Adult Center. That same day, celebrations will continue at the Hollywood Boys & Girls Club with an early evening full of holiday activities, goodie bags, arts & crafts, and more, for more than 150 children, who will also get a chance to take photo ‘elfies’ with the Guys in Blue!
- Thursday, December 17th, The #HelpfulHoliday celebrations continue on to benefit Community Action Partnership of Orange County where the helpful guys in blue shirts will bring holiday cheer to deserving children, families, and the elderly from Anaheim Indepedencia Family Resource Center where clients will enjoy a holiday luncheon, gifts, and even a visit from Santa!
- Friday, December 18th SoCal Honda will host the annual holiday party for 250 visitors of Ocean Park Community Centers’ (OPCC) in Santa Monica,complete with a warm holiday meal and helpful winter essentials, such as socks, rain ponchos, and toiletries.

It’s their job to be Helpful. Have you seen the Helpful Honda Guys in Blue in the TV commercials, doing meaningful Random Acts of Helpfulness? Well, the helpfulness is real, both in the commercials and in the real-world!
Providing holiday celebrations for those in need is just one of the many ways the SoCal Honda Dealers are being helpful in the community – no strings attached. The Helpful teams visit an average hundreds of locations each week –from the Inland Empire and Riverside County to Los Angeles and Orange Counties –to do small and large acts of helpfulness. They can be seen pumping free gas for Honda drivers with big Free Gas Tanker Trucks over the holidays; surprising kids of all ages with complimentary holiday treats and goodies from the Helpful Holiday Treat Truck; surprising families at ice-skating rinks with complimentary ice-skating fun for the family; visiting grocery stores and shopping centers to open doors and load packages for residents; surprising holiday thrill-seekers at Six Flags Magic Mountain with warm-holiday essentials like complimentary hot chocolate and gloves, and so much more. The Guys in Blue have also donated thousands of pounds of food to local food banks, and thousands of toys to local charities, in addition to special holiday events for the less fortunate this holiday season.
