If you love a good comedy, then you have to see Daddy’s Home. I had an opportunity to see it with Matt, and we were both laughing from the moment the movie started. Daddy’s Home is a family comedy about a mild-mannered radio executive who must take on the ultimate Step-Dad (Will Ferrell) vs. Dad (Mark Wahlberg) battle when his wife’s motorcycle-riding, freewheeling, secret operative ex breezes back into town.
Family-Friendly
I tend to be selective about which comedies I watch with my three-year-old because most are filled with curd jokes and inappropriate scenes. However, I applaud the filmmakers of Daddy’s Home for creating a comedy that parents can watch with their kids without having to cover their child’s eyes or ears, every other scene.
Relatable Story
In regards to the storyline, the film provides a good representation of today’s modern family with a story that people can relate too. What’s more, I love how Daddy’s Home erases the typical clique of how step parents are usually portrayed.
None-Stop-Laughs
From start to finish the movie is hilarious and I believe hands down that Daddy’s Home is the must-see comedy of 2015.
Daddy’s Home In Theaters December 25.
